The CCHE calendar is full of free or low-cost programs. From book discussions to career workshops, there’s something for learners of all ages. Many events are held in person at 300 W. 3rd Street in Grand Marais, or available online. A great way to grow skills, meet neighbors, or stay informed.

Tips Before You Go
- Double-check times and ticket info—some events require advance registration or have limited capacity.
- Weather on Lake Superior’s shore can change fast; for outdoor events, layers and rain gear can save the day.
- Support local: buy art, food, drinks, or swag from local businesses when attending events.
- Carpool or use shared transportation where possible; parking is often tight near popular venues.
If you hear about something not listed here, drop me a line—I’d love to include it next round. See you out there!
